Returns and Refunds Policies are subject to the Debug X 100 Online Store Terms and Conditions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns 
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, 
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 
Refund policy is not available.

Shipping 
You can bring the eligible products to any of our physical locations to initiate the return but must call/message/email us in advance so we can prepare the items for replacement.
You can also ship the eligible products for return to our trade center at Mong Kok (shipping fee shouldered by you) and we will assess to either replace the product (shipping fee shouldered by us).
